How to unblock a contact
1. Tap the Menu Button > Settings > Account > Privacy > Blocked Contacts.
2. Tap and hold on the contact's name.
3. Select Unblock from the pop up menu.
Or you can simply send a massage to the contact that you have blocked and you will be prompted to unblock the contact.
